Trailer parking options

If you need to store a trailer for the duration of the show, check here for options. More will be added as they become available.

• Radisson Hotel: free trailer parking for guests
• Union Depot ($40/day, advance reservations required.

Move-IN information

Date/time: Sunday November 17, 9am-8pm
(Contact Scott if you need to stay later than 8pm)

5 day exhibitors: your move-in will be Saturday Nov 16, 9am-8pm. You will receive additional special instructions from Scott in the leadup to the show.

Getting into the facility for loading
Access to the load-in area is underground, and can be accessed from 310 Eagle Street in St Paul. There will be a dock marshal on hand.

Important info about move-in timing
The loading area is not spacious. Plan to unload your stuff and move it all to your booth space. Then return to the dock and move your vehicle before setting up.
Peak move-in time is usually around 11am-2pm. If it stresses you out to be jockeying with other exhibitors, consider planning around the peak time.

The supply of flat carts is VERY limited. It is strongly advised that you upgrade your show setup to include your own mobility features to avoid frustrating and down-time.

Unlike the ORA show, the MWSRA show will use the Expo halls on the same level as the loading dock, so you can roll or carry your materials directly through the doors into our space. No elevators will be involved, though parking space is still quite limited.

Parking

• Cars: If you do not have a secret parking hook-up, you can use the RiverCentre ramp across the street from the venue. 12' height limit.
• Trailers: Trailer parking details can be found at the top of this page.

Move-OUT information

3 day exhibitors: Starting 6pm Wednesday
4 day exhibitors: Starting 4pm Thursday

What comes with a booth?
Each 10x10 section comes with 8' back drape, 1 6' unskirted table, 3 chairs, and a wastebasket. Your space will also have 3' side drape on each end. Drape will be silver/gray.

If you want 8' unskirted tables in trade for some or all of your 6' tables:

• Visit the show service desk
• They will give you half credit for each 6' table you trade toward an 8' table
• Your net cost will be about $25 for each 8' table you get this way
• Trades only--if you need additional tables, book them through Chrom Expo (below)

(This includes receiving shipments more than 1 week out, as well as anything needing a forklift to move)

Your booth number will be on your MWSRA website listing if you need it for booking purposes once booth numbers are available).

General info about the facility

• Cafe located on street level (hours may vary)
• All booths and aisles are un-carpeted
• WiFi is included. Upgraded hardline connection available for $500 for the show
• Business center on site for printing jobs and photocopies. Details

Food: Headwaters cafe is located near the main entrance to the facility. It can be busy during peak hours.
We will run small print jobs in the show office as long as the quantity and frequency are reasonable and they do not come at peak times for retailer arrival. No copy machine in the show office.
