Move-IN information

(Contact Scott if you need to stay later than 8pm)

Flat carts are available in limited quantities. Please return to the loading dock when you are finished.

About the dock marshal
Dock marshals are there to ensure a safe and efficient experience for everyone. Respect their instructions.

Peak move-in time is usually around 11am-2pm. If it stresses you out to be jockeying with other exhibitors, consider planning around the peak time.

Parking

• Cars: Surface lot available on site. No extra charge for parking.
  
• Trailers: Trailer parking is available behind the facility. Leave trailers overnight at your own risk.

Move-OUT information
Starting 4pm Thursday, and not 1 minute earlier. For real.
Important: you will NOT be able to pre-position vehicles in the dock area. The loading area will be closed to show traffic until 4. So sit tight.

There is typically a charge for the facility to receive for you. If you wish to avoid the charge, you can consider shipping to your hotel instead.

What comes with a booth?
Each 10x10 section comes with:

• 8' back drape
• 1 6' unskirted table
• 3 chairs and a wastebasket.

Your space will also have 3' side drape on each end. Drape will be silver/gray. If your booth is in a square or rectangle configuration (20x20, 20x30, etc) you will have back drape only, no side drape.

We will have a limited number of 8' unskirted tables available for trade at no cost.

• No, we will not reserve any for you
• If 8' tables are mission-critical for you, consider renting them (info below)

Order power or additional furniture/services from the Alliant Energy Center once the link is available (check back later).

General info about the facility

• Food: concession stand in the hall on show days
• All booths and aisles are NOTcarpeted (bare concrete)
• WiFi is included. Upgraded connection available via the services booking process

We will run small print jobs in the show office as long as the quantity and frequency are reasonable and they do not come at peak times for retailer arrival. No copy machine in the show office.

There is a FedEx Office (Kinko's) less than 1/2 mile from the facility, open daily 8am-7pm. If you have print needs beyond what we can handle in the office you can contact them.
